By the grace of God and Pujya Gurudev, Shravana Sadhana on Srimad Bhagawad Geeta has started at Shree Mahalakshmi Temple, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai by Br. Ved Chaitanyaji from March 2016.
The tenth chapter was taken from 2nd to 5th January 2017. The sessions were interesting witnessing audience of more than 100 people every day! It also saw growing young audience.
The tenth chapter named ‘Vibhooti-Yoga’ talks about Lord’s greatness & His glorious presence in the entire world. The greatest glory of Him however is that He resides in the heart of all beings. On the request of Arjuna, Lord Krishna tells few of His Vibhooti-s, where we can feel the presence of Lord & try to see God in them as Sadhana. After giving many Vibhooti-s, Lord concludes by saying – Whatever is glorious in this world, filled with brilliance & power is My glory. I hold this entire universe by fraction of My power.
The eleventh chapter was taken from 19th to 22nd February 2017. The sessions were interesting witnessing audience of more than 100 people every day! It also saw growing young audience.
The eleventh chapter named ‘Vishwaroop-Darshana-Yoga’ is one of the well-known chapters, as it explains the Universal form of the Lord. In the tenth chapter, Lord explained how He is there in everything. Here, in eleventh chapter Lord explains how everything is in Him. Some of the main features of the Universal form of God are – Multiplicity, Divinity & Brilliance! Lord also shows Arjuna the terrible form (Ugra-roop), where He is destroying all as Kaal. Arjuna prostrates to Lord again & again, asking for forgiveness for the mistakes done knowingly or unknowingly.
The twelfth chapter will be conducted from 13th to 16th March 2017.
